Returns / Refunds 

At Lilleykins we know what it’s like when you aren’t happy with your purchase. If you receive physical merchandise (such as thumb drives) that are faulty, simply return it to Lilleykins within 21 working days of purchase in the item's original condition and we’ll organise an exchange for you.

If you pruchase any digital downloads and they are faulty such as missing pages, corrupted file, or otherwise, please contact us within 14 days of purchase detailing in full the problem and and we’ll organise an exchange for you.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on Sale Items. Nor do they apply if you change your mind or order digital items that are marked "non print" then find you can't print them.  All returns are subject to Lilleykins approval, if physical items have been used or damaged your return will not be successful. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and unfortunately you will be responsible for all returns shipping costs.

It is recommended that you use registered post for all returns to insure your delivery for safe return to Lilleykins. If you choose not to insure your return delivery you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
